I got out and walked a mile around the track, today, it felt good, and was a lot easier on my knees than the last time, I walked around the same track. I was inspired by the wonderful workouts, that Paula has been recording in her journals. I hope I can begin to do this, on a more consistent basis. :-)

Way to go buddy..one mile at a time..thats how I started and was doing at least 3 before I messed up the knee..I miss it..:O(...
