Wednesday: I dont know why my weight ticker keeps saying that I have only lost 9 pounds so far, I started out at 203 pounds and now I weigh 187.2. In my math I have lost 15.8 pounds. Irratating! Diet is going well. Slept well and had to get up early this am for work in File maintenance, for paths, manning the hot line. Training was awesome the last couple of days ...but The new supervisor is quite an anal neo nazi-zoomed-up power hungry, insecure, control freek dweeb who dosent respect her employees...too bad really. I was scheduled to come in at 1:30 and the trainer (who is an awesomely kind and quiet, indian lady) ask me to come in at 10:30 so she could get me signed off for am routeins and spend more one on one time with me, so I did, Supervisor saw me here at 10:30 and ask why I was here so early, so I said I was ask to come in at that time so I could see the am routein for daily tasks...so she told me if I am scheduled to come in at 1:30 then I am to be here at 1:30,and not 10:30 no matter what! she then told me she was going to have a stern discussion with my trainer!(BULLY) This is quite a change for me since my OTHER boss allows me to schedule my hours as the work dictates. (in other words he trust me). I understand she is the supervisor but is not necessary to act this way, her people are all professionals who are excellant employees, I will only be there a short time so I am not sweating her attitude, but what a difference! she must really be insecure about her position to exhibit that kind of disrespectful authority.
