Tuesday: Slept very well , there is something to be said for not having to wake up to an alarm clock. I worked until 10:00 and and made a concentrated effort not to eat after work...so far so good. Work was great training in the wet dry microscopy area..this has always been a fun thing for me time just flew by. Second day on tred mill, it wasnt any eaiser but I have faith, I tell myself to be grateful the I can exersize without pain..I made home made bean soup which brings me back to my childhood days..Love it! and they are very low gylycemic carbs...super filling. Husband will not eat them so Im on my own with the whole pot.
