Mood: Very proud of myself for keeping up with the workouts this week!! :) The cardios are a lot of work, but also a LOT of fun because you learn actual dance routines, so I am looking forward to keeping up with those and getting better!

Sunday (20 min) Ab Assault Ball Workout (45 min) Pilates Ball Workout

Hi ana, looks like you're making great progress. I don't know what "Booty Ballet Hip Hop Abs" are, but that sure sounds like fun!

The Booty Ballet Hip Hop Abs is THE BEST cardio workout I have ever done - it is sooooo fun at the same time as getting your heartrate up and making you sweat. I actually look forward to doing it! If you love dancing and learning dance routines, I highly recommend it!!!!
