Monday: Slept better and felt better yesterday. today I start my new shift and already I am trying to make it a positive change also. So today I started to walk on my treadmill for 30 mins..it was kind of tough. Diet feels like its going in the right direction finally. Ive come to the conclusion that dieting is stressful on your system..and the knee jerk reaction is to send crazy chemicals into your system that make you ravenous...plus get you depressed and feel worthless..the only cure for this is to eat something.
