Another pound has left the building. I am building a brick house, ya know. *lol*
One thing though was that yesterday I was so flippin' hungry! I took a look at my stats last night and found the reason. My diet yesterday was a bit carb heavy and super low on fat. I need a bit of fat to provide satiety. I need to remember to get some good fats in so I am not ravenous during the day. Lesson learned!
