Friday: Bad night last night and the craving just wouldnt quit. I ended up having a bagel with cream cheese and a low carb snack bar. I went way over my RDI but...It could have been worse and I never did lose my resolve. Maybe I just needed a spike day. maybe my body has been trying to tell me something...Any way Im back at it today...its not the slipper-uppers that fail its the quitters..right.
