Perfect Situp...after all these years, still my favorite exercise contraption! I lay on it, watch TV and exercise. What is your favorite can't do without product?

Yoga class videos on YouTube. They are free and are actually really really good. Nothing impacts my body and mind more than yoga.

@tai-lin My kiddos LOVE the Just Dance Wii CD's too!! We use it at my mom's house all the time - just need to get mine set up in the living room with the new TV :D

Good post FA, that is easy for me; Elliptical, almost wore out current (second) machine, got my first one in 1997 to help rehab right knee...very knee friendly cardio and leg/core strength - endurance workout. Nordic track (original cross country ski machine) or bike are tied for second.
