Today is my last day in phase II and I've done pretty good. I've been faithful to my exercise routine and only cheated a couple of times when brownies were involved! :) Through all of this I've pretty much lost 1 lb/week. Yes, this was quite a shock after the rapid weight loss in phase I, but remember, the slower it comes off the more likely it will stay off. Not to mention any weight loss is good! As long as you keep exercising and eat right you shouldn't gain. Oh, and water, don't forget lots of water. I highly recommend getting a food scale if you don't already have one. It will help. And don't forget you can always go back to phase I after phase III to lose additional weight. One last note, I put 1 day of phase I in each week of my phase II just to keep my body from getting use to a routine. Good luck!!!
