Huge increase and its all for not eating right, lack of excercising and even not checking into this site for weeks. How does that happen? Sooo easy to gain and sooo dificult to loose. That is why we should always make a commitment to a lifetime of healthy eating. Occassional cheating, but always constant excercise. Well I'm at it again and lets see what happens. I am highly dissappointed with myself.
