Sorry I have been away...I was really sick..again!!! Just got over a bad case of brochitis that kepy me in bed for 4 days. Todays my first day back to work this week. Did not weigh in today, I will tomm. But I dought that I did very well as I hardly even moved. And of course my appetite was just fine.
Anyway, back on track today.
