A small gain today despite a large overnight deficit - I have upped my exercise and walked twelve miles on Sunday - Started jogging a little which is all going well. Also I have started eating bread and even had a kit-cat chunky during my walk -Still have a calorie deficit average for the month of -1000 per day. I am keeping faith that if I keep this up all will come good by the end of the month. it may be I am putting on a little muscle?
