Ok, ok, ok. This is just sad - I'm down, I'm up. I work out but will be the first to admit that I do not have my eating under control at all. I'm totally nervous because I'm going to MX on Wednesday. It's going to be buffets and chips and guacamole. the one thing that I know I can do is eat lots of yummy fruits if I have a sweet tooth. I can also chill on the alcohol.,,, no fruity drinks for sure! There's probably 1000 calories in a daiquiri. Any other tips... well, I'm at an all inclusive with a gym and a beach to run on. As well as kayaking in the ocean - I have lots of opportunity to stay focussed and enjoy myself w/o feeling awful! So, that's what I'm going to focus on.
My other goal is to check in here. I think I'll be more successful if I check in and give a status. :D
