Day 122 More pictures. The closer I get to my target the more I think that 12- 1/2 stone just might just be too thin for me. I have revised my goal from a 25kg loss to a 22.5kg, not as a cop out but more as a holding weight whilst I come to terms with being quite a bit less overweight. I do still have 2kg to lose with my revised target. - The plan is to do this over a month rather than the usuall ten days as a precursor to long term maintenance or a little to lose. Anyway I am genuinely chuffed with my progress so far.
