Since I last wrote, I started keeping a food journal. The goal is to stay within a 1200 calorie, 24 g of fat limit. For last three weeks, I managed to do that most days. I stopped journaling last week and know I have eatn out of bounds most days. Thanksgiving was not too bad, except I drank a lot of calories. have been working out though and even ran a bit on Friday.
Going to Florida on familay vacation and am challenged to eat sensibly and get daily excercise as the usual activity my sisters and I engage in is eating. I have to make the change and not feel guilty. Werd to feel guilt about NOT eating fatty foods in excess.
I have not lost any weight for months and have not gained any eithr. Would like to mainatin that while in Florida.
Will journal again starting now.
