TUESDAY-DAY 9

Today was the lowest amount of carbs I have ever consumed! 2 net carbs? That's probably not good but I was in no mood for vegetables today. Didn't have much of an appetite today either. I've been sipping on water all day though. When I was a regular McDonald's or Wendy's drive-thru I would get a large soda and I would always save the big plastic cups that they give you with your meal. I think I drank about 4 of those today (filled with water of course!)

On another happy note, about a week ago when I joined the Atkins website they had said that they would send me a start up kit in the mail for free. They didn't ask for a credit card number just your address. So I typed it in and thought they're not gonna send me anything. Much to my surprise they did and I have to say it's a decent little kit. It comes with a quick start guide, coupons for Atkins products, a carb counter and acceptable foods list that fits in your pocket and 3 Atkins bars (1 meal bar, 1 light snack bar, and 1 treat bar.) If you are doing the Atkins diet head on over to their website and sign yourself up because... yay! Free stuff!
