My digital scale broke a week ago, and I have used a spring scale since. However, the previous weekend, my daughter brought Taco Papa Murphys pizza, and I overage. Two days before that, I had the stupid sand ate two pieces of Kaylees choc brownie cake. Since then, I have overeaten, and used both too much salt and sugar items. I don't feel in control at all. My healing sessions are working on getting the garbage out, specifically. Everything is gratey. Yet, I got an idea that I am not over eating on Caesar salads.... the warfarin is at 8 mugs a day now, as I am exercising 3-4 hour sessions per week, for the past month. Also, I am drinking too much coffee. My cat allergies are horrendous. And the cardiac doctor will be seeing me inJuly. And I have questions.
