SATURDAY-DAY 6
I just realized something. If there is anyone out there that is reading my journal and realizes that the days don't match up with the dates it's because I work late night and sometimes don't get home until 4 a.m. and by the time I write in my journal it's technically the next day. Even though I don't see it that way... I'm just completely backwards!
A N Y W A Y...Today I didn't eat much. I think it was the lowest amount of calories I have ever consumed. I had work tonight and usually when I work I get hungry because I'm running around all night and I tend to burn up whatever I eat. Even though I didn't eat that much I still had alot of energy. I'm getting hunger pains now but I refuse to eat right now because I'm about to go to bed and I don't want to go to bed with food sitting in my stomach.
Tomorrow is the Super Bowl and I refuse to go out anywhere because I don't trust myself yet. I actually stayed in all weekend too for the same exact reason. I find that when I drink alcohol, like most people, I make really bad decisions. LOL, but my bad decisions are always food related. I used to say, "Oh, it's 3 a.m.? Lets go to the McDonald's drive-thru. I'm starving!" Then I'd go home and after consuming probably more carbs then I've eaten this entire week, I'd pass out.
I won't be doing that anymore.
