It is easy to fall of track and go back to old habits. But having new habits formed, it is just as easy to get right back on track. Good morning. It is grind time. The wife and I have started a weight loss challenge with some friends, then it turned into a weight loss challenge with another friend, and now the elder child wants to be in on part of it. Crazy. I am glad to have and be motivation. That is what really keeps me going. My gain over the past 6 months has been something that shows me that I still need the help that this site, and all of you give me. I lost accountability, and that put me back into the place I was before I started. I didn't gain all of my weight back, but a good chunk of it. I hope you all have a great day, and I look forward to talking and listening to you all as much as possible.

Agreed. It's good to be back on track. Getting your mindset right is a huge part of it. Today, when I think of off plan food, I get an image of the Lost in Space robot flailing his vacuum hose arms, "Danger, Will Robinson!" It's great you have RL folks doing this with you.
