I am going to start weighing once a week. Losses are there but tiny.
Today has been my second weekend and no problems following either at work or on the weekend.
I am making homemade yogurt and LC brownies and LC barbecue sauce. The yogurt is made in a quart jar out of half and half. Yum. The brownies are make with xylitol and almond meal. New recipe - I will let you know how they come out. So is the LC BBQ sauce. Not too sure about it yet. If anybody has one I would love to try it.
