Tuesday: Caught up on Downton Abby last night, its good to see a show I like get awards (like masterpiece theater)...Slept good last night but woke up at 04:20 when B got up this am and couldent go back to sleep,so 6 hours of good sleep anyway. I played words with friends and drank coffee and brushed the cat (as if I had any choice in that) until sunup and then got ready for work. I am still frusterated about not getting upgraded in my job, all that work completing my degree and now nothing. It would mean 10$ an hour and a much better retirement for me. I guess Ill just hang in there. The Lab pros prez now wants to file a petty grevience because 2 of the 8 of us did get a promo, this grevience is supposedly based on seniority, but we were alrealy told our seniority dose not count so this will do nothing but destroy our credibility with management and call negative attention to us, I am just happy they got their promo. I am beginning to suspect that the promo is not coming my way because of age discrimination. I am going to tape all my conversations with people that have any control over hireing me. If I can get them to admit (or suggest this) on tape , Then I will get a laywer. Scale this AM said down .4 pounds for the week. not as much as I had hoped for, but it is a negative...stay on track and keep journaling.
Tea left over from a christmas basket (minty) was really good for break.
Im on the hunt for tasty new recipies, this is going to be a life style change so I need to find somethings I can live with forever...Im still liking the peanut butter and fruit in the AM, This is really helping me feel full. Next thing is find some things I ca take for lunch that dont take too long to prepare in the AM.
What I didnt eat, Rolled tacos from Don pedros,last night. Popcorn.
