Another beautiful day, even did alittle yard work--- between the rain we had 2 weeks ago and the warm suunny days we have had lately the weeds are coming up like it's spring. I even enjoyed my yoga class today sometimes it's harder than my excercise class. The dogs liked their walk in the sun---but no playing in the mud---which made it nice for me too. My twin sister and I are doing very well in our weight loss contest----we're # 1---mostly due to her efforts ( she has lost 6 lbs. in a week ) Take care all and stay strong.
