Last june 2009 I weighted 193 lbs. may waistline is 38, I am really really having a hard time to move. I eat a lot .. around 4 cups to 5 cups of rice. I really stuck.. So I got started working out... gradually lose . Now Iam 167 lbs with a waistline of 31 .. I really really feel good looking
