I have joined a few different groups and nobody ever tries to keep in touch with me to encourage or share meals so I guess I am on my own. They don't answer my posts/e-mails. Oh well. I do like this site because now I can see what calories etc I am eating. Then I can go see what other people ae eating. I want to say ...WOW !!! no wonder you are not loosing. Look at how many carb you are eating and where are the veggies?

Try to be more positive about things - people don't respond, others aren't dieting right - if you keep that attitude and post similar comments its likely to yield the same results. Accept that we are all on our own journey. No one is better or worse than the other. Have a great day.

Try not to worry too much about it, a lot of people are fickle when it comes to dieting as it is. Keep going and I'm sure you'll find some people who want to share the journey with you :)
