I weighed in, by chance, this afternoon only to discover that I'm down to 298 lbs. HooYaa! I normally wait until Monday, but given that I've had to eat nothing but smoked almonds, breakfast sausage and an Atkins shake for either breakfast or lunch, two days this week, I thought I might be down a few pounds. I don't recommend it but, in my case, it couldn't be avoided. I'll plan my meals better for next week. I guess I should be celebrating more, but Atkins is about healthy eating, not contingency eating; it was either that or fall off the wagon and eat carb loaded junk, from a vending machine. :-{
