Morning all - No loss in weight today but I managed my first under 20g total carb day yesterday. My second hand fit-bit arrived yesterday afternoon It's all set up. From 3.30PM till 10PM I walked round the block twice and when Claire was out I ran round the house for ten mins up and down the stairs ten times very noisy- Managed 3700 steps in total. Having all my activity data to hand in the fit bit should give me a much more accurate calories burnt number. I am expecting it to show I burn a lot more calories than I have been logging but we shall see?
Today, as long as the wood arrives in time from the local sawmill, I will be making and installing two raised beds for a elderly neighbour. She is a lovely person and always very ammusing to chat to.
Today diet wise plan is another sub 20g carb and as much light exercise as I can fit in.
