Good morning journal and friends! Scale is not really moving, but I have been working out quite a bit and I feel strong and energetic, so I am not too worried about the scale right now.
Going back to Induction for one week to jump start things. Very curious what my body will think about that! But obviously I have increased my carbs over the past two months above my carb threshold (or whatever Atkins calls that) so I need to pay closer attention again.
On a positive note; played volleyball last night. Can I tell you how amazing and wonderful it was to jump around on the court with all the young people and actually not worry about how I looked? And, that I actually had the energy to bounce around and run after the ball? Well...words cannot express, except to say I am so thankful. I certainly wasted too many years on the sidelines!
