WOW!! WHAT A DAY!! Typical of the stress I go through =/. To say that it was ridiculous is an understatement. 1) No internet 2) Got the internet up and going but we couldn't print our order -showed the others a trick I knew - we made it work. The billing girl who's involved with the boss (who's on vacation) mysteriously called in sick- on a MONDAY of all days. She knows how busy we are but yet she still did. NO WORK ETHIC! We were short 2 drivers and I had to take a run.

BUT............I AM STOKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I walked a mile AND my bs was 114 after eating =) =) =)

I was over on calories but stayed on track with the carbs. The only carbs I am eating are in my salad - 1 to2 cups of spinach, 5 grape tomatoes cut in half (makes 10 bites lol)1 medium radish, 2 rings of bell pepper. I use olive oil and vinegar dressing that I make.

My weight was disappointing this morning. 236. BUT I am hopeful for the morning weigh in =)
