I have a trip coming up in 16 weeks and I want to hit 224lbs. that is a loss of 20lbs from today. I can do this at a steady weight loss of 1-2lbs a week.
i have my food planned and a goal. the motivation is there, i just need to make sure i implement my plans 100%
