Day 24. My first job in the mornings is a wee and a weigh in. I only change my history in 0.5kg increments -Today I was tantalisingly close to a first milestone at 100.1 kg. I am confident that I will soon be in the nineties. The weight appears to have visibly mostly come off my Moobs and gut - Fantastic.
I am learning better to control my carb intake -Sometimes it is not easy, with food I have in stock, to balance low carbs but still keep above 1900 cals intake. I am waking up very hungry but feeling no pangs during the day. Even when my wife was baking flapjacks yesterday.
After lacking energy at the beginning of this process I am feeling much more energetic now.
Our Financial adviser is visiting today for an annual review - Hopefully things there have gone in the opposite direction to my weight

Well done, I bet you are thrilled - reaching milestones is a wonderful feeling. I have recently switched to swede to replace potato - I know a lot of people don't like it but I find it rather sweet and lovely, filling and, cubed, replaces potato in a salad. It's also a third of the carbs of potato. I know, I like the weirdest foods . . .
