Wednesday Night Wow! I looked outside and hour ago and nothing was happening. I heard thumping noises just now, looked outside and it's a blizzard. Things are already covering with snow. The wind is whipping at 35 MPH. It's wicked. We were supposed to get rain, then slush, then a little slushy snow residue. I'm not sure what is happening, but this is not what was forecast. The front rooms in my house are like ice. I'm going to my lovely, snug bedroom (it's underground) and cozy into bed.

Thanks M2B. I am staying as warm as I can. I was OK until I climbed out of bed this morning. LOL. Stef, we didn't get any slush. The temps dropped to suddenly and we have 1" of snow so far. It's not much but the wind is WICKED! Helewis, I'm 35 miles east of Kansas City in MO. Stef is on the other side of the state so I imagine she's in hog heaven with her first snow. Love to you all. I'm coooooold, darn it.
