Today's a new day!!! No cake - No icky food - just healthy - I like healthy food! DUH - makes me feel good - like I'm being cute.... dumb, I know - but still - I like it. Even though I'm not eating out - I'm treating myself to subway today b/c I like it and I know it's healthy. I'm packing carrots though b/c I'm going to stay away from the chips.

If you read this - question for you. Would you go turkey, chicken, or veggie. I like all of them. I'll probably have some chicken tonight and I'll grab a trader joe's snack pack of raw almonds before I go to the gym tonight. So, do I need the protein of the meat?

Ok, I'm glad I'm writing in my journal now - and already recording my food. I really do feel like it's a new day. I'm taking my big bottle of water w/ me so i can fill that up twice and I've had all my water.

Oh - here's to me!!! I'm back on - and going to be great.

I'm proud of you! I say you go oven roasted chicken. It's filling and satisfying and still healthy.

I actually went veggie but then put some light italian dressing on it - really good! And filling. I also went with the chips even though i'm sure they're high in sodium - and an orange. The important part is that I don't feel weighed down right now for the gym. AND i'm rewarding myself with a diet dr. pepper. I'm trying not to drink pop, even diet. :( boooo!
