I blew it today. I went out to lunch with my sister today, and slipped up, by having some batter fried shrimp, a few fried chicken wings, and batter fried mushrooms, a taste of some mac and cheese, and a half cup of seafood chowder. The rest of what I ate was broiled fish, baby back ribs with the sauce on the side and an assortment of veggies with a salad. I tried to keep it to a minimum, but even that seems to have been too much. The only thing I can do now is to get back on track. It's not over until I win.
