Well here it is January 2012. I am p 14 lbs since I was last here in 2010. I have been a member of WW and quit and now I am going to give it another shot on my own. Can't seem to get my head and my mouth going in the same direction.

I need all the help I can get, so every bit of advice will be appreciated..

Hi good luck to you - I have been floundering but am trying to get back on track with low carbs- feel better on low carbs and I am not hungry all the time- for me the key is eating protein regularly throughout the day, keeps my blood sugar level I guess.. This is the first time I have posted-need to lose at least 50 pounds, I believe. will see how it goes.

Hi there good luck to you I know exactly where you coming from. I am floundering wether to try again, I have just found out recently that I have heart failure so stopped smoking stopped drinking alcohol and guess what yep gaining weight. Less of my moaning just what to wish you all the best.

Hang in there- there are treatments- I quit smoking 4 years ago, after 28 years of up to 2 packs a day. With the heart failure, diet becomes even more important, to improve your quality of life... that matters -not just weight or the other reasons we try to change our eating. The heart failure will cause some weight gain, so don't assume it is diet until you have checked with your medical providers..
