Oh soreness, how I loath you. Headed to SIC again tonight and signing up for a month membership. Woot! Hopefully the workout tonight will help get the soreness to go away (muscle training).
Ate decent yesterday. The MIL even made me a big salad for dinner! Sent the rest home with me for lunch today. She's a very thoughtful woman :)

Haha, I was arm wrestling with my older brother about a week ago; my arm muscles were sore for about three days after that! :). Anyways, good for you on that membership! That in itself can be motivation to not slack off, because nobody wants to waste something like that! ;)
