I got my kitchen scale! Another eye opener. Why didn't I ever get one before? Now it won't matter if the recipes are in oz, grams, cups, or tsp. I've also decided not to worry too much about daily ups and downs right now, as long as the trend is down. Oh yes, I totally fell off the wagon yesterday. It wasn't worth it. I took a photo too, but I'm too shy to publish it. Sigh. I'll be glad later. Today I begin the keto diet more formally. Grocery shopping for the week today!
