When I track my food tomorrow.... I have FINALLY hit 3 weeks straight tracking... honestly as best as I could (sometimes I ate somewhere I couldn't find the exact info... but I used a similar restaurant or item).

I had set a reward for myself for 3 weeks of tracking... a pedicure. Oh boy do I need one! It hasn't always been the best eating but I tracked which is huge for me. I typically only track when I'm eating good (like if I don't see the bad stuff it didn't happen).

Hmmmm... next goal let's go when I hit 8 weeks straight (an additional 5 weeks if I can continue the streak) for a reward! Another pedicure? maybe a massage?

any suggestions?

It's good to set a goal or target to aim for. Should help considerably.

Yes, it does! I have a list already for weight targets hit. After my 3 weeks straight I did take a day off tracking since I was starting my new meal plan challenge which is 8 weeks long. So by the end of the challenge I should get my massage. I haven't done my pedicure yet, but I need to soon. Sometimes hard to find the time with little kids, work, scheduled workouts, plus housecleaning, meal prepping, etc. I volunteered for something yesterday -- I should be able to make time this coming weekend for the pedicure.
