Good morning! I can feel a difference today around my waist:-) Also, I'm not hungry anymore. Just a week ago, I felt like I was reaching for a snack every couple of hours-reaching for carbs-LOL. My craving are subsiding and I just don't feel as hungry-not half as hungry. On top of that, my energy levels are good.
