Even though, I haven't been to the gym since Sunday the scale isn't going up! I'm going to the gym tonight, because my mother visitor has left the building! I gave blood on Tuesday, I saved a life! I have added green tea back into my diet, since that helps you burn more calories through the month with mininum of 3 to 4 cups a day. I'm done with my 32oz (4 cups) of green tea for the day, and I have had 64oz (8cups) of water so far today. I have completely cut out soda and juices from my diet. Just water, tea & sometimes coffee, but I drink it black anyways! I know, I'm doing great everyone at work is seeing my results & hard work with just almost 2 weeks in.
