First things first.

This will be the start of a challenge I set myself.

I've been overweight - fat - for way too long, but never have I really been able to actually lose weight and continue after the initial "oh nice you dropped 10 pounds" euphoria.
So this time, I will succeed. And on top of that there is a very nice opportunity for me to start right away!

A couple of days ago my little brother who just turned 18 left to travel the world for a whole year. He will be back in germany shortly before christmas 2017.

By that time, I will have lost 50kg of my now almost 150kg bodyweight.
I will use this site to track the food I consume, track the exercise I am doing and ofc my weight.

I'm not sure yet if I will provide body shots, as they seem very rare from what I have seen til now (also they are definitely NSFW and pretty ugly) so I might just not. We will see.

If anyone else is on a similar mission feel free to shoot me a message or leave comments so we can maybe exchange tips or even motivate each other with our achievements!
