Well friends, it is almost Christmas. I went to a cookie exchange yesterday and on Christmas will try a few. All my boys will be in town, so I'm going to enjoy the time with my family but never far from sight are my goals and the determination to do what is right for my own health.
I thank all of you who have provided encouragement over these past months. I feel so blessed to be at this stage in the journey. I hope that you are optimistic and joyful as well. Blessings all!
