These last 3 weeks, in addition to walking my daughter to and from school, I walk to and from work. So, walk to school, then to work and the the reverse in the afternoon, in all about 6km (4 miles). This way I get in some exercise without doing too much damage to my joints...I am heavier but not bigger, got a little room in one of my tightest pants. I am still hopeful...sigh..frustrated...gonna hang in there.
