Doing well. Last night my wife and I went to The Vinyl Café Christmas Concert in downtown Seattle (think of it as the Canadian version of the Prairie Home Companion). It’s been four years since he has been in town and it was nice to get a taste of home again. The workout this morning went well. While riding up in the elevator this morning a guy I don’t really know who works on the floor below me commented on my weight loss – that put a smile on my face for a good part of the morning.
