Gotta love FatSecret journals... I try to log what I eat before I eat it, because it helps to keep me on track. So after I logged what I was going to eat for breakfast (which was scrambled eggs and gluten free pancakes), I read Oliver's very inspiring post. It reminded me to remain dedicated to my weight loss goals. What really stuck with me was "don't rest in the middle, rest when you're DONE". I've been resting a lot lately, and I'm no where near done. It's going to take me a lot longer to reach my goal if I continue on this course. Soooo, I decided to skip the pancakes and drink more water 😃 It just goes to show how much we can encourage one another. Much thanks to Oliver and everyone else who posts on forums or journals. You never know who you'll encourage 😉
