41 pounds......crossed the '40' loss threshold! On my way to 50!! I'm so happy!
I've been pushing a little harder at the gym; I'm cycling the running/walking on the treadmill which really gets my heart rate up and my time is gradually increasing. I secretly hope to run in some kind of race this spring but that is a lofy goal for a 54 year old who has been out of shape for a long time!
