I'm bloated and have eaten horribly all week long! I have lots of emotional stress attributed to deaths of friends and family members that seemed to happen all at once. I have GOT to get back on track, but it's so hard to do! It seems like each day I say I will start tomorrow, but I've come so far and I don't want to go back to my old self. I am starting right NOW! I have only had half an apple this morning and I plan to work out tonight. I did it before and I can do it again! Lets go!
