Wednesday... Weight is up slightly but not to worry, I know it is from water retention!
Rode 33.3 miles today with a group from Bluemont Park to the town of Herndon and back. A much faster pace today at 13.4mph for a total trip of 3 hours and 5 minutes. The temps were in the low 50 with a wind chill in the high 40's. It wasn't too bad but my toes did get cold! I only had 2 layers on top and one layer on bottom, when the temps get colder I am going for 3 layers with hand and toe warmers :)
