Today is the 226 day of the year with 100 remaining until 2017. Looking back, I wouldn't change a thing. I am a better person in so many ways. I grown in so many ways.
I have lost a good amount of weight with my terms. No regrets.
I am right around the corner from the down 50 pounds mark. I did this without stepping foot in a gym. By the way, I enjoy working out. I have a treadmill, weight bench and a pair of 10-50 lbs adjustable dumbbells at my disposal. Leaving my house and 5:05 am and not returning until 6:45 PM on average makes it a little tough to go to the gym and spend a few precious hours with my family. Guess what? I've figured out how to get my body moving and creating resistance throughout the day and that's all that matters. My FS buddies and supporters have helped me by sharing their journeys. I have taken snippets from many members and incorporated them into MY journey and I am thankful for this. Time to dial it in again and hit the 50 and 60 lb mark in the next 100 days. It IS possible and I WILL get it done and make you proud.
