Still on track, hoping for a 5 pound loss this month (one pound to go). It was fun at Thanksgiving; several family members whom I had not seen since the last holiday and they were so supportive and excited by my weight loss. It was great encouragement.
It helps; this month will be hard! My husband is traveling on business for three weeks starting Monday, that means evenings alone (or at the gym) and holiday parties without him. I tend to have a harder time not eating in the evening when he is gone but I really want to make progress while he is gone!

Glad you had a nice Thanksgiving and that you stayed on plan. The hardest times not to snack seem to be evenings for me too, especially when hubby is working in his office. When you get tempted, check in with FS and get focused, that might help while your husband is out of town. I am sure you will do fine. Hugs,
