Down a bit today. I ended up just taking it easy yesterday (although I did go to the gym for my Friday workout) and had Thanksgiving left-overs (turkey+cauliflower+kale) for dinner. Today I need to do some shopping, clean up the house, and put up some Christmas lights before some friends come over for dinner.
